Labor Cost for multiple employees

We have set up a single sequence number for all products as well as ID's for every employee, the only thing we are interested in is the total labor for each person.  The problem is that we have, let's say, 3 ID's spending time on a certain quantity of parts, let's say 5.  The totals will show that 15 were completed.  This is seriously making the actual labor costs wrong.

Also, I would like to have a report for total labor from each employee for the entire job, not for each traveler.

Also, is there a way to put labor towards a job that does not have a traveler, such as design time that would be pulled from a time sheet that is not part of DBA

To answer your first question, all quantities reported will be aggregated.  If 2 employees complete 10 parts, they each should report 5.  Alternately, one could report 10 and the other 0.

Not sure what you mean by the second question, the job cost reporting in DBA is actually fairly good and you should be able to get that report.

Regarding the third question, you could add non-production labor as an inventory item in the bill of material or you could add a routing sequence for design and have the design person post labor to that.  Depends how fixed the cost is.
