We just upgraded to evo-erp.  When I try to send a PO or  invoice I get the message "Email was NOT sent".  No explanation, just the message.

Any Ideas? ???

Do a search for e-mail problems. At the botom of the search page change the max days to 9999. It has been posted with a  lot of info.

"Email NOT sent " message indicates a problem with the SMTP server settings in TAS - C Set Configuration.

Just updated to EVO~ERP. 1 workstation cannot send email. It had EVO before, but we were not using the email function.  Based on some of the other posts, I went to delete NZemail.cfg  Although it has the CFG extension, the type shows as a text document. All our other stations show it as a CFG file. Anyway, I did delete it, emptied the recycle bin and rebooted. Redid the setup. Still doesn't work and shows again as a text doc.

Of course, this is a person who needs email most. Others may never use it, but it set up perfectly for them. Ain't that typical?

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
