I recently noticed that the "QUOTATION" caption is not being printed on any of the sales quotation forms.  This goes for all T6SOPB..RTM's.  Restoring the forms from the .rtx backups does not fix the problem.  The forms preview correctly in the Forms Editor.  
This only seems to effect the quotes- sales orders, invoices, etc print fine.
This appears to have started since I installed the 06/20/05 update but I can't be sure.
Any ideas?

I had the same thing on a few printed items, and that's exactly what I had to do to get it to work.  Go figure!
