Users can't start DBA or EVO

Hi,
 
Some users can't start DBA or Evo. I can start Evo, but cannot start DBA. We had some file corruption on the server due to low disk space recently. This problem started right after that.
 
Pervasive 2000i SP3 works as far as I can tell.
We've already rebooted server and workstations.
We've removed all DBA from a non-working workstation and reinstalled.
 
Any other suggestions?
