I use SA-J to find monthly sales of Kits and components of the Kits. What I have noticed is that if there are components that are only sold as part of a kit it will not give me monthly totals for these items. It does show that the components were sold, and does add them to the total at the end of the report, but if there were no direct sales of the component I get no monthly total and I have to go through and manually add up all the sales.  
 
The problem is that I have dozens of kits and hundreds of components for each kit in some cases, so this can be extremely time consuming.
 
Is there a way to get around this? Is there another report that I can use that will give me monthly totals for each component of a kit?

Well, this works for one month, but I was hoping for something that for example I could ask for the sales history for the last 12 months and it would list the totals for each month for each item, kit and component.
 
Like if I do an SA-J and say yes to monthly totals, it gives me a nice monthly break-down. I want it to do the same thing for the kited components as well.
 
Any suggestions?
