Problems with TAS K

I have my email setup under the TAS K using EVO w/6/20/05 update, however, I have to use the default settings in the fields. Everytime I change anything (i.e. to reflect our Co. name, subject line, etc.) it seems to work a few times. But, when I exit out of the program and then go back in and try to email a PO to a vendor, I get the massage that it was unable to attach the .PDF file and it sends a blank email. Whenever I tried to edit the Email Config, I would get this problem and then I would have to find the original NZmail.cfg file and copy it back into the DBAMFG folder.
 
Then I decided to try a work around since I have a PDF writer on my system and tried to print the documents to my system as a .PDF manually. When I do this, after the operation, I get a series of errors:
 
1st- An Error occurred while trying to open file MKAHIST.B-12
 
 
2nd- Fatal Error
Field you are trying to use is unallocated. It may belong to a file that hasn't been opened yet or was an array that was removed from memory MKAHIST.REM1
 
3rd- Warning Error
The field in this command must be of an Alphanumeric type.
 
My questions are these:
 
Has anyone had this problem with email and customizing the TAS K email setup?
 
If so has anyone got it working properly for them and if so, can you help me figure this out? My Vendors are also telling me that everytime they get my PO's, they recieve it twice (2 emails).
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had another user report a similar problem today.  What is the modified date of NZEMAILTLL.RWN in DBAMFG?  He had one dated back in March and I sent him one modified in May and it solved the problem.

Hi Lynn. Thank you for getting back to me. My file is dated 3/24/2005. Is there a later update than the 6/20/2005? If you could send me the new NZEMAILTLL.RWN I would really appreciate it. That would help me allot.

Lynn, the file you sent me to copy in, worked for a day or two. I went in and checked my default settings because some of the settings evidently changed when the update was done to the 6/20/2005. After I did this, I am back to getting the same as before. See below thread:

I have asked Lynn, but have not heard anything back yet. I am wondering, does ANYONE have this problem, or is it just me?
