We have been trying to use DBA's Finite scheduling capability off and on for about 3 months now.  Can anyone give us advice or examples in how they use it.
 
Specifically, we are having problems with "bottleneck" workcenters are not being filled up with regard to specific days. (ex: 10hrs available everyday, Thursday allots 4hrs, Friday allots 21 hrs, Monday 12 hrs, etc...)  It seems no matter what order due dates or W/C available hours are changed the workcenters don't fill up like we would expect them too.  We do not have very complex routings (1-3 seq's max) and virtually no subassemblies.  We even had workorders, not due for a month and the system says its late even when there is more than enough machine time available
