I want to export Base prices out of our manufacturing company and import the same base prices back into our parts company.  
 
I find two places in the DBAFILEN.XLS file name file. One in BKICEMTR file = BKIC.PROD.PRICE, and the other in BKICMSTR file = BKIC.PROD.PRICE.   Which do I use?

You want BKICMSTR.
 
BKICEMTR is the temp file that DBA uses for importing into.
