DC - A  is there a patch?

We have many individuals that need to enter DC throughout the day (on different work orders), however only one person is allowed to at a time.  If more than one person tries to go into DC, we get an error about a table being locked.
 
Is there anyway to straighten this out so that more than one person can enter data into DC at  a time?

Yes, the 9/25 update from IS Tech has some improvements in that regard.
