JC-Q report question
10/05/05 at 11:41:18

When I check for WIP variance in the JC-Q Work Order Receipts report, there is a column labeled "SC" that is usually empty but sometimes contains one of these three codes:  ia, I, $.

Does anyone know what these mean?  I haven't been able to find anything in the help documentation.

SC stands for work order status code (according to the Help file); what I have figured out is "ia" represents WIP variance calculated when the last entry is made to finished production and the work order is closed (the related qty is always "1").  So maybe 'ia" means inactive as the work order is closed.

SC actually stands for Scrap Code.   The report was picking up non-scrap codes (ia, I, $) from the file.  The bug has been fixed and the patch will be in the next update.
