I believe a lot can be learned by studying other peoples modified forms. If you have some nicely hand crafted modified forms you want to share with other people post here so we can analyze each others work and incorporate (the good) knowledge into our own forms. I work a lot with the Manufacturing menu, creating routings and boms for parts, and have designed our default WO-C form to fit the specific needs of our company. If anybody wants to trade, drop me a line. "Ill show you mine if you show me yours"  

I think this is a great idea.  I would really like to see David's modification to include a time clock entry. I have to admit that the traveler is one form I have barely touched, but would like to see some changes on.  Aside form the statements form, mods I have made only include items in the header screen, like adding logo, changing the address format, renaming some fields, etc.
I don't do day to day dealing with routings and BOMs but I am the one who modifys forms so the first step is figuring out what the staff would like to see( this never seems to get accomplished!)  What kind of changes have you made, Ernie?
