Wouldn't this also kill them on Items that are being shipped? I didn't want to kill them ALL the time, I just don't want them printing if the item they are attached too has already shipped (qty remaining = 0) I've looked a little deeper, it looks like when an item gets invoiced out, it's shipped and backorded quantities go to zero. When this happens, the second description line associated with the item kind of becomes a free floating comment line instead of a second description line. During invoicing, could this line somehow be tagged that it was a second description line on an item that has already been invoiced so that it does not get re-selected accidently? Maybe the RTI on that line item could be changed to I for Invoiced when the line has been completely shipped or a flag could be stored in the line number field. The line number field is already being used for Kit and Options flags anyway.
