I saw this problam in a post elsewhere on the forum, but I cannot seem to find it now, so I will have to start a new topic. Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere.
 
We are finally trying to use the links feature that is built into DBA. I have a PDF document and a JPG linked with a test part to test out the links feature. I can open the PDF and the picture from IN-A with no problem. I then went to set up the links to print out when the travellers for this part are printed in the links setup portion of IN-B. Under Traveller, I selected to print the link and Parent. When I print out the traveller for this part, a window pops up after the traveller starts printing that looks like it is for printing the links. Unfortuately, the window disappears in about five seconds so I have almost no time to see what I can do in this window. It does appeaer, however, that I cannot type anything into any of the fields in this window. I managed to highlight the Y in the field that looks like it is for choosing whether to print and maybe at what level. I could not type anything into this field. Before I could try anything else, the window disappeared.
 
We are using DBA 2004.1 with the ISTechSupport 09/25/2005 update if that helps.
 
Is there a solution to this problem yet?

why i can only print linked file with travaller, but not with any other things (po, rfq, quo...)?
