Description line on packing slip

How do we get the second description line to print on the packing list?  I don't remember having trouble before.  If our description was too big to fit we carried it down to line 2.  Any help would be great.

Set the "Print Comments after Shipped Lines?" to Y.  To change the default, see the Help for SD-Q, System Manager, COnfiguration Settings.

I HAVE GOT INTO THE CONFIG FILE UNDER SD-Q, HOWEVER, I CAN NOT FIND WHERE YOU SET THE DEFAULT ON THE PACKING SLIP TO "Y" AFTER THE COMMENT LINES.  HELP.

The default is in SO-C. The ability to set the default is in SD-Q.
