I've just added a label printer in the shipping department. If I run SO-D from that computer everything works great. If I run the program from any other computer, it works for a single label. If I print multiple labels I get all blanks. This happens if I ask for multiple copies from the program or if I print one to the screen & then ask for multiple copies from the printer screen??????
 
Any ideas what is going on.
 
The same thing happens from AR-I if i ask for multiple copies of one customer.
