Aging RTM's
11/05/05 at 09:20:05

I am always interested in making reports better so I was definitely intrigued by RTM forms for AR and AP aging. I ran the two reports after installing the 9/25 update and I didn't have a choice as to what kind of report format to print.  Where are they and how are they accessed?

I believe your choice is made when you select from the list under Type of Report:
1 - AR Aging (which = T6ARF1)
2 - AR Listing (which = T6ARF2)
3 - AR Past Due (which = T6ARF3)

You can edit them with the Addsum TAS editor just like any other RTM.

You may also need to edit your menu to call T6API.RUN and T6ARF.RUN

And where do I check to see what file it is calling?  I can't find anything in the defaults, and there is nothing displayed during the print as it usually does when printing a graphical form.
I did take a look at the forms though... thanks for the form names!

I wasn't clear the first time. Maybe this will help?

Cathy - if it is not popping up the RTM name at all when printing, your menu is still calling the old BK... programs.

You are right Lynn (why am I not surprised! Cheesy) I am calling up a BK program.  I don't see a T6 with the same lettering, T6arg instead of BKARG for the aging.  Could you give me the names of the programs I should be calling?
Thanks David, for your input- I assume you get to see the form name when you choose the type of report!

T6API.RUN is AP Aging and T6ARF.RUN is AR Aging.

Lynn, I loaded the new programs and the AR Aging works fine but the AP aging runs forever and does nothing in the graphical print choice. I don't get any error messages, it just seems to hang ( flickering aging periods) but the exit button works to get me out. It does this with all three types of reports.  It will give me a report if text format is chosen.  I checked the dates on all of my files with the latest update and they are the same, 9/22 for the program, 9/1,7/27,7/27 for the 3 RTM's.
