Work Order Shortages

Is there a way in DBA to prevent work orders from being closed out that still have shortages allocated to them?

Not in standard DBA but the IS Tech updates (both DBA Classic and Evo) have a default setting you can turn on to give you a warning before you close a work order if not all the meaterial has been issued.

Which IS Tech setting is this?  We are running DBA Classic with the latest IS Tech update.
