Saving Reports using the 'Disk' option
11/11/05 at 12:44:43

Everytime I send a report to 'Disk' (instead of List or Printer), I have to close dba and restart it to do anything else.

After I save the report, If I try any other menu option, it comes up
with a dialog box that claims to not be able to find the .RUN
file for the menu function I pick.

Make sure to save your report in the folder where DBA is located and you will not have the problem. It is a TAS related problem and cannot be avoided.

Not 100% true - it is a  DBA Classic problem and can be solved with Evo.

If it is a DBA Classic problem, when did it become a problem?

I had done this in the past without any trouble.

It's been a problem for as long as I can remember, say 1999 or so. Must be you're special.

It does have something to do with Windows versions and Environments and paths because I have seen it work sometimes and not other times but I haven't been able to identify exactly what it is.
