Change "startup" menu to MFG

I deleted the MFG module from access for certain individuals.  I have since restored the button for manufacturing for one person, but cannot get it to come up as the startup menu.  I have MFG set as the startup menu in both DBA and EVO under "PS".

Has nothing to do with the PS-A setting.  You need to use TAS - G and drag the gray button to the left of the Mfg choice to the top of the list
