acknowlegements not printing totals!! (Read 868 times)

renman Browser I love YaBB 1G - SP1! Posts: 5	acknowlegements not printing totals!! 12/13/05 at 08:15:14 Weare using dba 2002.4.dl we are having a problem with the totals on the print acknowledgements SO-B always being 0.00. This is a recent problem,we have had this many years ago and I cant remember what we did to fix it. Anyone please. Rene

Reply #3 - 12/13/05 at 14:32:42 If you are on standard DBA with no IS Tech updates, there was at one time a bug that the totals wouldn't print for the order that was the very last one in the file. Yet another reason to install the updates from IS Tech Support.

When we add a note to the sales order it prints the total fine , no note and it prints zeros. Any thoughts Lynn?
