Converting Sales Order Problems
12/13/05 at 12:18:56

When converting sales orders to work orders, it seems to continue making extra line items on the last sales order converted.  Our last sales order had two line items but converted over 500 lines before I stopped it.  I think some of you have received a patch for this, if so, where do we get it?  Is there a place on the support website to go for these patches or does everyone have to request it individually.  ???

Brian,

I had the same problem. Lynn sent me a new BKSON file which seems to have taken care of it. It is dated 12/07/2005. If you email her, I am sure she send it to you. I would be glad to, but do not know if that is possible through the forum.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info.  If possible, could you email me the file at prebco@verizon.net  if that's not something you can do i'll wait for Lynn to respond.

That file and others are in the updated patch file at www.istechsupport.com/dl/1118patch.zip.  Password is the same as the original 11/18 post.  Patch file was last updated Thursday 12/8.
