Problems Installing 11/18 update

After running the 11/18 update, i'm geting this message
 
GL-R
The FD: ISBSF or   is not in FILEDES.B. It needs to be there before using this program to initialize data files.
 
Do I need to run setup again?

Do IN-A and WO-A open without errors?  They also had new files created by the update process.
