I am trying to delete outside salespeople that no longer work for us.  When I highlight the one I want to delete in enter salesperson, CS-A and click on "delete" I get the error message "YOu have tried to access a file that has not been previously opened or the file number (FNUM) passed was 0."  When I say okay to that I get  an invalid pointer operation and then an access code violation message and then have to ctr/alt/delete my way out of Evo.
Is it possible to delete a salesperson whose number exists on closed and invoiced SO from 2002 and 2003?
