Fatal Error in AR-C
02/14/06 at 07:59:21

When you do a REVERSAL in AR-C I always get this error and the program exits. It does save the entry and as of yet I do not see any impact.

FATAL ERROR
You have tried to access a file that was not previously opened, or the file nimber value (FNUM) passed was 0.

We too have this problem almost every time we try to reverse a payment.  When I was in Phoenix last week, our bookkeeper tried to reverse a payment and not only did she receive the error but the LUMP SUM amount was applied back to the AR Aging report instead of the individual items.  (that started the big ball rolling down the hill at a very rapid pace.)

Ouch!!!! I have yet to see that. On a some what related issue is the A/R Payment History report AR-R. It in no way reports properly when you have deposits on account or reversals. Way off with duplicate items on the report.
