If you have a 0 quanity to build by mistake on the WO, the program will ask for one serial # and exit. It shows in IN-A (TRANS) that one unit was finished on the WO but has 0 units added to inventory. The serial # is added with Qua. 1 It doesn't backflush any of the WO BOM, Good thing.
