First, I'm still quite new to DBA...working on getting the Bronze Plan.
 
We need two customized Backlog reports:
     1) Sorted by Customer
     2) Sorted by Due Date
 
We don't use the full capacity of the modules. I have found the Customize report option, but it doesn't allow for additional fields (according to what I read in Help).  
 
The field we want:
    1) Customer
    2) Customer's PO#
    3) Part#
    4) Part Description
    5) Qty.
    6) Hrs.
    7) Due Date
    8) Price
    9) Job#
 
My preference would be to get all this into an Excel spreadsheet since I am much more familiar with that than the DBA environment.
