RMA addon feedback

If you've evaluated and/or purchased the RMA addon I would appreciate any feedback regarding how well it works.  I got my evaluation copy today but don't have any returns to process through it yet...

We've had it for a while, and we pretty much like it.  We used to use an Access database to track everything, and having the RMA integrated with DBA is much more efficient.
 
The only issue we've had consistently is a problem that prevents us from printing RMA's via the enter RMA function.  However, we found a workaround, that is to print the RMA directly from the "Print RMA" menu function.  From within Evo-ERP, in the Sales module, click on SO, click on "Sales Quotations and RMA Programs", then click on "Print RMA"  and that method seems to work.  Printing from within the Enter RMA feature results in a blank message box with an OK, and some access violation errors.
 
It's a pretty good add-on, I would recommend it!

Val - to fix the printing issue that you are having, your menu needs to be change to call T6JKSOSA.RUN for Enter RMA

We have it and really just started using it
 
I like that it gets repairs off the main sales reports
 
You know how repairs can linger  due to customer innaction.
 
everyone here seems to like it  too.

Very kewl, we're fixed on that issue!  Thank you.
 
Like I said, the RMA add on is pretty nice.  We can't wait to get the new updates with the service and repair link when they finally come out.
