We've had it for a while, and we pretty much like it. We used to use an Access database to track everything, and having the RMA integrated with DBA is much more efficient. The only issue we've had consistently is a problem that prevents us from printing RMA's via the enter RMA function. However, we found a workaround, that is to print the RMA directly from the "Print RMA" menu function. From within Evo-ERP, in the Sales module, click on SO, click on "Sales Quotations and RMA Programs", then click on "Print RMA" and that method seems to work. Printing from within the Enter RMA feature results in a blank message box with an OK, and some access violation errors. It's a pretty good add-on, I would recommend it! Val
