Making Data Collection user friendly

We are starting to implement data collection on the shop floor using bar code scanning.  It is so fun trying to break years and years of habit-punching a time clock and writing all the info down.  There are some items that would help make this process easier.

1)  Add division/department sorts to the reports-especially DC-D.  Supervisors are required to review employee time.  I cannot print a report for each supervisor to review with only his/her employees, because we cannot sort or limit by division.

2)  Add Part Number and Sequence description to reports such as DC-D.  When reviewing time, we have to sit at the computer with WO-A or DC-I and lookup to see if the employee picked the right WO & sequence.  This would greatly enhance data collection and speed up the supervisory role.

3)  Add a column in DC-D to note whether Labor or Setup is being reported-could be a single letter.

4)  Have an easy way to "fix" errors in number of jobs reported.  The process is very convoluted.

Except for these issues, the implementation is going great.
