We had a record lock during a couple of rounds of entering finished production. One where it was a batch the WO was closed by the batch process. I do think this is why I could not post them. The second one was not a batch process so when I said yes to close it warned me about the materials not all posting so I left it opened. Looking at the WO-O screen it says I need to post 3 pcs of this part. In fact it should be 1. I looked at the WO BOM and it is 1. The line before and after this part do have 3. It must be picking up the wrong line. The description is correct but the Qua. is wrong.
