After installing DBA's license renewal, I get an error:  NON-TAS file: Start_up_run.
 
We are dead and cannot view any DBA menu.  In a previous e-mail to me you wrote:"There are no conflicts with the DBA renewal and the IS Tech programs"

Check to be sure the START_UP.RUN is not set Read Only.
 
If that isn't the problem, I need to know what is the complete error message and when do you get it?  What you posted is not a complete message.
