More than 1/2 of the choices/defaults I've long-ago set up in SD-Q  have gone blank.  (I'm on Update 2/28/06). Some of the field are still OK, reflect the choices I've made. But then things like the List issue I've set up for WO-G are gone, and I get a "N". So as you can imagine, un-expected things are happening.  All the original dba defaults are fine.
 
Any idea why? what I did? (and why it shouldn't happen again?)
 
Is there a file I can recover off my backup to fix this, or do I need to re-do them all by hand?
