We experienced a system failure earlier in the week.  Software and data were restored to a previous date (prior to applying the 2/28 update).  All seems ok in the database but then I went to enter a PO on my networked copy of the software.  Upon entering an item number to order, I am presented with the following "Confirm" dialog box - "An inventory location record was not found for the location specified on this order.  Do you want to create one with this order?".  For the heck of it, I went into my local copy of DBA and tried to cut a PO and had no issues.  This copy is for data manipulation only so therefore it cannot be used for actual PO's though.  I looked at the defaults between the two copies and they appear to be the same.  
 
Anyone have any ideas?
