HOW TO CLOSE A SALES ORDER

Hi,
How can I close a Sales order? I have a sales order that doesnot have any B/O quantities left, and for some reason its still open; how can I close it?

The way we usually close sales orders is to open it, click on the save button, and it will say there are no quantities or freight ( or something like that) and then it will ask if you want to close it --you say YES!
