We have had several invoices in the last few weeks that have been posted in AP-C but seem to then disappear.  They do not appear on the AP aging nor do they come up for payment.  We thought it must be a date issue but I checked out to 2060 and nothing is there.  We had also purchased the adder to "check invoice inquiry" and the invoice can not be located but yet when AP-C asks to "view all receives?" it shows the invoice # as being posted to those items.  Is this a "file sharing" problem where two people have been in the same files and somewho part of the information didn't finish its path?  I know I can post the invoice as a voucher to get the vendor paid but hate to skew any gl accounts or possibly pay for something twice.  We would really like to resolve the problem. ???
