Is the service and repair module up and running correctly?  We have been making a test run on using it as we have lost the ability to track all the service order in-house.  We noticed that if we enter a Service Quote,  and then made some type of error there is no way to get rid of it.  We also can't figure out when it converts to work order why we can't see it in listing of open W.O.'s.  What would be the difference in entering it as a quote first, then to sale order....when you can't get rid of either yet.
