We are having a problem in JC-E, when reversing a material issue, it reverses from inventory but not from the job.  
 
We are using WO-G to back out original issue the girl who does it noticed it because when she does a back out and enters “yes” to back out the screen usually clears, this time it didn’t clear and when she checked it was added back to inventory & the transaction screen it
not showing it issued.  It was also still on WO as a material issue. (Type R) part  
 
 We did find a pattern for the material issues backing out problem, in two different cases we have noticed that the same part was issued to the WO at two different times, which is a common occurrence at our shop.  We were able to back out one of the issues, but not both.  Maybe this helps.
