Problem with DC scanning
05/12/06 at 11:38:48

We are scanning labor in the data collection module.  I am trying to eliminate the keyboard entry entirely to eliminate transposition errors.

When the program asks for parts made, we enter in the info.  The last question is: IS THIS CORRECT  Y / N.  Yes is the default.  We have tried scanning in a carriage return - goes back to the original question of how many parts etc.  Tried scanning in Y and we get the print label screen flashing by as if that has been answered yes. It is as if both questions have been answered YES YES without a pause.
I tried slowing the scanner down to its slowest setting, that does not help.

Is there a way to eliminate having the question "Print transfer Label?" from coming up?    If not, what other work-arounds might be available?

Delete ISDCA.RUN to get rid of the transferlabel question.  As for the other, I will look into it.
