We installed Evo when it was first released, but didn't like it...that was a long time ago, before it did very much.  We haven't used it since, so there are no menu mods we need to keep.  I'd like to remove Evo completely, leaving DBA Classic in place, so I could install the latest ISTS update and have a clean Evo install.  What are the steps to remove Evo?
