PO-I-E

I am a newbie posting here.  I was hoping someone might have some insight why the PO-I-E (Receiving Report) might only be printing the last several days and not print anything before.  For instance, choosing the dates 5/1/06 to 5/31/06 only prints the listings from 5/15/06 to 5/31/06.  Could one of the files be corrupt?  Is there any way to fix a currupt file?  I tried this using an old backup and it seems to work.

I am using an old version of DBA (99.2) but with the upgraded Pervasive 2000i.  Any help would be much appreciated.

If an old backup of a .B file worked, you could try to reindex that file UT-D. I think the file names are BKAPHPO and BKAPHPOL. Make a backup of those files before hand!

Tried the re-indexing of BKAPHPO.B AND BKAPHPOL.B and it still does the same.  Could there be a corrupted record in one of the files?

Thanks again for your help!

Yes, date corruption is the likely suspect.  Can you open the BKAPHPO and BKAPHPOL files in Maintain Database and go to the beginning and end of the file using all indexes?

If you are not familiar with Maintian Database, email me directly lynn@istechsupport.com and we will have somebody help you.
