WO-G goes away!

Problem.
 
under WO-G  if all material is issued when setting "Kit Issue" to Y or L, a dialog comes up and says there is no more items to issue!  (YAH)  However,  as soon as you click OK, WO-G closes!
 
Is there a setting for this or is that an undocumented feature (i.e. Bug)   Shocked
