Tracking Inventory Adjustments
05/25/06 at 11:57:33

Does EvoERP track inventory adjustments with the user login ID?  We've had some funky stuff going on and no one fessing up.  Wanted to know if there's tracking we can turn on, or if it's already on, how to generate a report.

TIA,

Val

IN-O User defined Inventory Trans. asks if you want to include the audit info.

Or you can do it the Polish way, we leave our intials at the end for the reason for the adjustment in IN-C.  That way it is readily apparrent who made the adjustment in case one has a question.

I forgot to mention in 1st post that we also restrict access to IN-C to only about 4 users.

Cyndee, Lynn and LMK:

Thanks very much!  All helpful info.  LMK, we had it somewhat restricted, but now it's going to be even more so.  Also we're implementing a policy that these adjustmentst must now be signed off (someone must be accountable) with the reason for the adjustment so inventory just doesn't go missing.

Thanks again,

Val
