Continuing WO problems

I closed a work order for an assembly of 56 units. The units do not show up in units on hand or the transaction file although they show up in the closed work order tab within Inventory Enquiry. Has this been happening to others??? If so what do you do to fix? Should I be running the inventory reconciliation process on a monthly or more frequent basis?

ON the closed work order tab in INventory Inquiry, does the Finished column have 56?

The work order tab in Inventory inquiry does report the 56 units completed - it just didn't add them to the on-hand quantity nor the transaction detail tab.
