I am on the latest update of EVO. When I send out emails containing RFQ, PO, ACK - they are occasionally sent with a blue down arrow and [BULK]. I don't know what precipitates this method of sending, so I don't know how to fix it. My EMail program is OUTLOOK. The problem is that some of my Customers/Vendors block such emails so they are not receiving them. Any ideas on how to correct. - I'm old and getting tired of walking to the FAX machine!
