enter print note templates SO/L (Read 323 times)

eti Browser I love YaBB 1G - SP1! Posts: 29	enter print note templates SO/L 06/13/06 at 14:10:19 We use this program to enter and print material certifications for our products. The problem is when we have multiple shipments on a sales order and print a template the next time we ship on that order all the info that was entered is gone and we have re enter it. Is there a way to fix this?

We've been doing exactly that since we started with DBA in 1995, and never had a problem with that feature since. We created master templates by not using a SO number but providing a code and description for the template. Then for each sales order, entering the s/o number and calling up the code & saving the new template. Is that what you are doing?

But like I said sometimes if we ship half the order and print one the next shipment we try to print and it will say is does not exist so we have to re enter the info or somtimes we have to use the print feature in the enter/print note program.
