Unsuccessful annual license upgrade from DBA (Read 422 times)

Unsuccessful annual license upgrade from DBA

I received my license update disk from DBA and installed it per their instructions. DBA told me the license had been updated and to restart. I did. Nothing happened. DBA still shows we are set to expire at the end of this month.

Has anyone else had this problem? Since DBA sent me the disk but no longer supports Classic, how the heck do I get help from them on this?

Once that file is installed to DBAMFG your renewal date should be updated. If it is not, I can suggest 2 things: Call them, or (my suggestion) call us and convert to Evo.
