cannot log on at 1 station

when we reboot and try to log onto evoerp the message we get is . access violation at address 0040588d in mmodule evoerp.exe read address 0000004a. then after closing that and trying again the next message is. warning error you already have an instance of taspro7 runtime for ths path \\rolester\c\dbamfg

Did anyone respond to this question? My hard drive crashed yesterday and I am trying to restore my dtabase. When I attempt to load this, I get the exact same access violation error. Can anyone help? Please?
