question- sales back orders

Hi. I'm new to the EVO system, but I can't seem to find a function that I think would make our lives a little easier...

Can the EVO system compile a single sales order with all the back orders that are due to a single customer/ship to location, rather than reprinting the separate individual sales orders? If so, how do I go about doing it?

Actually if they were on different PO #'s I can't even see how it would be done. John

Email me off the forum and I will send you a quote. But the reference to the original customer PO's will be lost.

dameng Senior Member DBA / EVO Software Consultant Posts: 275 Gender:	Re: question- sales back orders Reply #3 - 07/27/06 at 19:10:44 the other possibility would be to have a Crystal Report created to at least Report in a better format for your Back Order Items. i.e. grouping by Item's on B/O, and or Grouped by Dates. but you would still process your SO, release, and invoice as normal, once you ship those items out.
