We generally issue materials and labor the day after they actually happen. We don't usually bother to change the date, but in order for weekly reports to be accurate we do like to enter the transactions for Friday with the actual date. Rather than have to change the date for each transaction we have just been changing the system date while entering them. However, the person we are giving that responsibility to does not have the ability to do that, presumably because their account is a regular user. Does anybody know a way around that?
 
Or, even better, a change to WO-G/I so that the date stays the same as the last entry (like PO-C).
