Exporting data from BKARCUST
08/04/06 at 12:53:46

I'm trying to export items from the BKARCUST file into a data base.  The field of MTD sales and the YTD sales only have a few customers with dollar amounts.  We had only 35 out of 5000 customers that showed YTD sales.  WHY?   Is there another place to export this information from?  All other information seems to be OK.

Those fields are not updated automatically. There's a menu item for it somewhere but I only remember the old way. UT-A, BKCVUTIL (.RUN if you're on Evo).

BTW, the only reason those 35 showed up is because someone in AR-A clicked on "Statistics". That also recalcs the numbers and puts them in that field.
